The trans-boundary agri-value chain with Bangladesh is a very pertinent issue for Tripura and North Eastern states of India in general. To create media discourse around this issue, CUTS had organised a media Conference in partnership with Agartala Press Club on 20th Dec., 2015 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The idea was to deliberate on trans-boundary cooperation with particular focus on Tripura and Bangladesh. It had a good amount of participation from media houses in Tripura and the discussions were spirited and enriching. In total around 30 media representatives participated in the event.
