- Evaluation Report of the TDP Project, by Ace Global Private Limited, New Delhi February 2009
The evaluation of the TDP project forms one of the major activities during the second half of 2008. After a call of expression of interest was published on the CUTS website and on major online development forums, candidates were shortlisted and the agency AceGlobal: an external independent consultant from Delhi took up the task. The evaluation covered a desk phase, studying all relevant project documents, a field assessment in selected partner countries and a report-writing phase. CUTS made a conscious effort to have had an impartial and critical approach towards evaluation of the project. The candid analysis of the report reflects the same. The evaluation report is useful and in fact many of the learnings from project implementation have already been internalised in the other ongoing multi-country projects that CUTS is implementing currently.
