Participants:Project-relevant government officials, media persons, academia and experts, specially lawyers, economists and research institutions, media persons and CSOs.
Objective: Launching the project at state level.
Timeframe: April or May, 2005.
Methodology: A half-day panel discussion involving state government officials from agriculture and textiles, a media person and a CSO representative. Other participants would also belong to similar backgrounds.
Each of the state partners will conduct a project launch meeting at the state level in April/May, 2005.

All the project partners have completed their state launch meetings. Following table shows the dates in each state.
